The Product

The Sale-Ready Vault Pack

A complete documentation system for collector and enthusiast cars — delivered as a digital kit of fillable templates, checklists and worksheets. You keep your records, in your own files, from day one.

Sale-Ready Vault Pack contents: documentation binder, build sheet for a 1967 Porsche 911S, receipts organizer, photo checklist cards and valuation worksheet next to a laptop with a provenance dashboard
Concept render. The pack is digital: every item pictured is a downloadable template, checklist or worksheet — nothing is shipped.

What the pack does

Most collector cars are sold on a story the seller tells from memory. The Vault Pack replaces memory with a file: a structured record of what the car is, who owned it, what’s been done to it, what was spent, and photographic proof — assembled the way auction buyers and insurers actually evaluate a car.

It is deliberately not a history report, an appraisal, or a valuation service. It’s the owner-side record those services can’t create for you — including the DIY and independent-shop work that never reaches the big databases.

  • Works for classics, modern collectibles, restomods and enthusiast cars
  • Fillable PDF + spreadsheet formats — no special software, no account
  • Your records stay in your custody, in your own storage
  • Built around how Bring a Trailer and Cars & Bids listings are actually judged

Look Inside

Inside the included worked example

Every tier ships with the Example Vault: the entire system completed for one fictional car — a 1973 BMW 2002 tii — so you copy a finished pattern instead of guessing at blank forms. These are real pages from the files you download, shown exactly as they ship.

Who it’s for

  • Owners of classic, collector and enthusiast cars — any marque, any era
  • Sellers preparing for Bring a Trailer, Cars & Bids, eBay Motors or a private sale
  • Restorers and DIY owners whose work never reaches a history report
  • Collectors who want one record system across several cars

How delivery works

The Vault Pack is a digital download. Pay securely via Stripe, and you’re taken straight to your download page — the complete kit of fillable PDFs and spreadsheets downloads immediately, and a receipt email follows from Stripe. Nothing is shipped, and there is nothing to install. Updates to the templates are included for the life of the edition you buy.

Prefer to read first? The free documentation checklist guide covers the core system.

What this is not — stated plainly

  • Not a vehicle history report. It pulls no dealer, insurer or agency data, and it does not put your DIY work on a CARFAX report — it puts the evidence in your buyer’s hands instead.
  • Not an appraisal or valuation service. The valuation and comps worksheet organizes your evidence; it cannot certify a value or promise an insurer’s decision.
  • No price guarantee. Documentation supports an asking price — it cannot promise a sale price or an auction result.
  • It can’t create records you never kept. If part of a car’s history is gone, the pack documents what exists and labels the gaps honestly — it does not invent the missing years.
